Heating times vary depending on size, starting temperature, & quality of product. FROZEN food takes longer! For best results, use a hot dog made for grilling. The National Sanitation Foundation requires perishable foods be kept at 140 F or above during serving periods. The product should be kept refrigerated until ready to cook.
A smaller, thawed hot dog is ready in 4-6 minutes on a preheated grill (which takes approximately 10 minutes).
