HAS A HINGED COVER/HOOD
Will hold up to a 300 lb pig.
COOKS OVEN STYLE (FLAME IS NOT DIRECTLY UNDER FOOD & IS CONSIDERED A SLOW COOKER)
Allow approximately 1 hour of cooking for every 15-20 lbs of meat.
It s not recommended, but you can grill burgers, chicken, etc, but it will require LOTS of EXTRA charcoal!

1-7/8in or 2in Trailer Ball is required to transport
Start with no more than 40-50 lbs. of charcoal & add more as needed

CHARCOAL MUST BE REMOVED! ADDITIONAL $150 CHARGE FOR CHARCOAL REMOVAL
