*Outside Temperature, Humidity, Product and Temperature of Product will effect freeze times (chilling product beforehand will result in faster freeze times)

Use of soda, juice or any other product not purchased through us is not guaranteed to correctly freeze and may jam auger or cause damage to the machine which may result in additional charges
