MUST BE STAKED INTO GRASS OR ASPHALT (CAN NOT BE WEIGHTED)
LAYOUT REQUIRED (Google Map birds-eye view) of the Exact Location of the Tent on the Property at Least 10 days Prior to install.
REQUIRES GOPHER STATE ONE CALL TO LOCATE & MARK PUBLIC UTILITIES (gas, cable, electric, etc). There is no charge for Gopher One (when booked at least 1 week in advance) & Broadway will arrange for this service. YOU MUST Mark the Corners of where Tent is to be placed prior to Utility Locating. Businesses are required to use WHITE PAINT to mark corners.
PRIVATE UTILITIES ARE PROPERTY OWNERS RESPONSIBILITY to Locate & Mark (sprinkler, lights, gas grill, etc) and to Obtain any Necessary Permits.
