WE ONLY CARRY 8 SIDEWALL & ALSO HAVE A 2 SIDEWALL EXTENDER (for additional fees)
Tent requires a Site Inspection which we charge a small fee for. Upon Reservation that fee will be credited towards the Delivery Fee. We have found that a Site Inspection eliminates potential problems because we; measure the area to make sure it fits, check for overhead problems (tree s & power lines), and survey for equipment transportation challenges, etc.
Canopy can be staked into Grass or Asphalt but, in order to stake Broadway MUST have a minimum 48 business hour notice to arrange for Gopher State One Call to locate & mark public utilities (gas, cable, electric, etc). This service is free but requires at least a 48 business hour notice & YOU MUST mark the corners of where tent is to be placed PRIOR to Gopher One locating (4-5 biz days before setup) Business s are required to use WHITE PAINT to mark corners.
Tent is rated for 75 mph Wind when Staked Tent in appropriate soil conditions. Tent can be weighted for a significant additional fee. We use ONLY Concrete Weights, weighing 1800 pounds each. For IMPORTANT EMERGENCY EVACUATION information click here.
BEFORE Delivery: Site must be prepared, Private utilities are property owner s responsibility to locate & mark (sprinkler, lights, gas grill, etc) and to obtain any necessary Permits. See links below for detailed information on renting a Tent.
