Thermo Vats are completely insulated containers for holding, transporting & serving hot or cold beverages. We do not recommend using them to serve plain water (unless water is used to make a flavoured beverage tea, cocoa, etc). This insulated hot beverage dispenser is great for use at a wedding reception, banquet, marathon race, or any other special event. In Minnesota these are terrific when we want to have an event out doors & the weather doesn t cooperate, so you serve Hot Cocoa or Coffee!
Heat gain/loss averages 2.5 to 4.5 degrees per hour in a gradual incline/decline respectively.
*CAUTION* If immersion heater is used to keep coffee hot, DO NOT let element come in direct contact with plastic liner.
